Dear friends and partners,

In 10 days time, Sunday March 8^th is International Women’s Day. I am delighted to share two important milestones to honor that day through supporting the Nokor Tep Women’s Hospital.

The first is that LUSH North America has taken up the hospital as one of their causes and on March 8^th , International Women’s day - they will release a video made here in Cambodia - for an appeal to all their customers to join in the 1 in a Million campaign to raise funds to complete the construction of the hospital. Our second and equally exciting news is that Nokor Tep Foundation Australia has been formed. Our deepest gratitude is extended to Peter and Cathy Emmerson, Sam Gobran and Sharon Ford for making this happen. Special thanks to Mike Gurry and Perth Rotary for enabling the issuing of tax deductible receipts to all donors through Rotary International. Below is an open invitation from Nokor Tep Australia for all Australians to join with them and stand with all of us women here in Cambodia.

Dear Friends of Nokor Tep, We are continuing to work on setting up Nokor Tep Foundation Australia to support the building of the Nokor Tep Women’s Hospital and their development of women’s health programs & services in Cambodia. Initially we are focused on creating awareness & understanding of the Hospital and generating financial support from Australian fundraising activities and donations. We have now established an Australian Website plus Facebook & Instagram pages to support these activities. One of our immediate challenges is to expand the number of Australian Nokor Tep supporters & followers. Your support in helping spread the “word “ would be appreciated.
